Software Developer/Programmer Analyst
|
If you are passionate about programming, we want to meet you. As a programmer analyst at FSI you will be part of team responsible for all stages of software development, including design, development, testing, and maintenance. The FACTS® system is the most elaborate and extensive software system for healthcare payer organizations. Applications are programmed in several languages including .NET, XSL and ASP. Development is done in a team environment that allows for the free flow of ideas between team members. |

Client Support Representative - Software

We are looking for highly motivated individuals,
with the ability and desire to learn. You will provide training,
support, consulting, and troubleshooting for our leading health
claims management software. This is a professional position dealing
with clients in the health insurance arena. Direct communication
with our programming and technical support staff is essential. You
will also be responsible for the implementation of new clients and
guiding clients through every step of installation. This position
requires the ability to travel. |

Programmer-Analyst
|
Plan, develop, test and document computer programs, evaluate requests for new or modified programs to determine feasibility, cost, and time required, compatibility with current systems, and computer capabilities, and consult with users to identify current operating procedures and clarify program objectives; convert data from specifications to write, create, develop, analyze, program, and modify unique full software suite solutions for healthcare payer organizations utilizing knowledge of theories, principles and technologies of and expertise in computer science, PICK, C, C++, Java, MV Enterprise database, D3 database, ANSI EDI, and Visual Basic.NET Programming environments and the healthcare payer organization software and hardware solution design and implementation industry; work with clients including third-party claims adjusters, insurance companies, hospitals, local governments, and religious organizations both in the United States and abroad, formulate plans outlining steps required to develop programs using structured analysis and design, submit plans for approval, prepare, design, analyze, review, modify programs for optimum operating efficiency, develop and design new software products, enhance current software, troubleshoot existing software, design new interfaces, write installation and operating procedures manuals for users, and assist users in solving operating problems utilizing expertise as noted above. |
